October 26, 2022 marks the ten year anniversary of Bipolar Explorer’s double-album, OF LOVE AND LOSS.

Ground Control Magazine, which named the record to its year’s end Critics Poll of Best Albums of the Year, called it “the most heart-stirring album of the year, it feels and sounds like music that is really from inside someone's own skin, skeleton, bloodstream, and remains the most significantly stirring and addictive musical accomplishment we’ve come across in some time"

Although somewhat feverishly at work at present on their newest album, their 11th, for release early in 2023, the band would like to take a moment to commemorate the occasion with a couple of events including this special live solo set of seven songs from the record. It features Michael on guitar and vocals and was recorded here in NYC at The Shrine, as ever - (very) live, noisily and in a hurry.

A SOMETHING EXTRA:
Contemporaneous with this release, Michael was interviewed by longtime friend of the band - Broadway, film and television actor, Neal Huff. Listen to the podcast here: on.soundcloud.com/Gczyh
